Who this is between

You, and the operator of the service at https://linkport.cloud (brand name: linkport) — “we” below. Creating an account, paying for a plan, or using the dashboard means you accept this offer. If you do not, do not use the service.

The service

linkport is a digital access service. It publishes SSH, TCP, UDP and HTTP from machines you control onto HTTPS links, and gives people and AI agents ways to reach them. It is in beta. Things will break, interfaces will change, and there is no uptime guarantee — we run one region and we are not promising you a number we cannot keep. Anything that matters should not depend on us being up.

There are no physical goods. Nothing is shipped. Access is provided electronically through this website and the agent you install on your machine, and — on a prepaid Pro or Team plan — the desktop terminal.

Plans and prices

• Pro: $9.99 per 30 days, or $83.92 per 365 days (30% off).
• Team: $29.99 per 30 days, or $251.92 per 365 days (30% off).

Current limits are listed on the site pricing table and again in the dashboard. An administrator may assign a plan without payment; that assignment does not expire until they change it.

Payment

Paid plans are prepaid. You choose a month or a year, then pay a cryptocurrency invoice through Heleket. We do not take cards. The plan starts after Heleket confirms the payment, not when you open the checkout page. Amounts are in USD; you pick a coin on Heleket’s page.

Heleket’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. We never see wallet keys.

Cancellation and expiry

You can stop using a paid plan at any time. There is no automatic renewal: when the prepaid period ends, the next signed-in request ends the paid plan. Existing machines stay connected; you cannot add new ones until you subscribe again.

All payments are final. There are no refunds: not for unused days, not if you downgrade or delete the account early, not if you stop using the service, and not if we change or discontinue a feature. Digital access is delivered as soon as the invoice is paid, so there is nothing to return.

Your account

• Give a real email address; it is how we reach you about your account and about payment.
• Keep your password and API tokens to yourself. Anything done with them counts as done by you.
• One human per account. Do not resell access.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

What you must not do with it

You may publish anything you have the right to publish, from machines you have the right to control. You may not use linkport to:

• Host phishing pages, malware, or command-and-control infrastructure.
• Mine cryptocurrency, or run anything whose purpose is to consume our bandwidth.
• Attack, scan or overload anyone else's systems.
• Distribute material that is illegal where you or we are.
• Reach a machine you are not authorised to reach.
• Get around plan limits, or automate account creation.

If we find any of that, we will disable the link, the machine or the account, usually without warning — a service that offers anonymous HTTPS endpoints only stays usable for everyone else if that is true. Report abuse to [email protected].

What we owe you

To run the service with reasonable care, to tell you if something happens to your data, and to give you a way to get your data out and your account closed. We may change or discontinue features. That does not create a refund.

Your content stays yours

Everything that passes through a tunnel, and everything on your machines, belongs to you. We claim no rights over it. We access it only when you ask for support, or when we have to investigate a specific abuse report.

The unavoidable liability paragraph

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaks the acceptable-use section above, or that we are legally required to close. Closing or deleting an account does not create a refund.

Personal data

How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy. Paying through Heleket is also subject to Heleket’s privacy policy.

Changes

If this offer changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site rather than quietly editing the date. Continued use after that is acceptance of the new text.
